CopyFlow Batch is a companion XTension to CopyFlow Gold. With CopyFlow Batch and CopyFlow Gold working together entire directories of Quark documents can be processed at once. CopyFlow Batch drives the NAPS CopyFlow Gold and Namer Xtensions. With CopyFlow Batch CopyFlow Gold will batch export or import folders of Quark documents.

CopyFlow Batch add a new menu item to the XPress Toolbar with three new menu items: Autoname, Import and Export. In each case you will be prompted to select a folder of Quark documents to run that CopyFlow Gold process on.

In the example to the right the folder cfg_batch contains the Quark documents to be processed. Assuming these are being processed for language translation purposes the usual procedure is to 1) Name the boxes, 2) Export the text to XPress tags 3) Translate the text and 4) Re-import the translated text into the documents with the named boxes.
CopyFlow Gold automates this process for single documents -- CopyFlow Batch automates this process for entire folders of documents.
